Enjoying Spending Time in God’s Word, Experiencing Blessings
I’d like to take this opportunity to thank New Creation Church and Pastor Prince for the life-changing message of grace being broadcast weekly from Singapore. I started tuning in to your services on a regular basis in mid-2020.
I had just changed jobs and the future seemed uncertain. The weekly programs on Sundays were a guiding light for me and my family as we tuned in to feed on the Word of God. This led me to fall in love with the Bible, and I found myself prioritizing God’s Word daily. Things in my life started to fall into place. By the grace of God, we were protected from the COVID-19 virus and never lacked anything. My wife also became pregnant in 2020.
Come 2021, we watched the Vision Sunday service as a family in great anticipation to hear what the Lord wanted to say about the coming year. I started asking the Lord to give me the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him (Eph. 1:17).
The amount of revelation I received from studying the Word has been mind-blowing. I’ve had so much desire and energy to devour God’s Word that I’ve found myself waking up very early during the winter months just to fellowship with the Lord and find Him in His Word.
After a while, I noticed that some chronic issues I had, like bloating and gastric irritation, began to disappear slowly. This was evidence to me that the Word of God truly gives life like it says in Proverbs 4:22. I was able to see Christ in the Scriptures in a way I had never seen before. It’s amazing!
Additionally, the Lord blessed us with a beautiful baby boy in 2021. We give thanks and honor to our Lord Jesus Christ!
