My marriage and family life were deteriorating. In our third year of marriage, my husband and I were still getting to know each other while blending a family of two teenagers and two pre-adolescents.

I am from Taiwan but I live in Singapore and since last year, I have been attending New Creation Church. When Pastor Prince started preaching strongly on Psalm 91 earlier this year, I began meditating on the verses. I’ve also been sharing the psalm with my family back home in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, and declaring it over my family members.

One morning in January, I watched a sermon by Pastor Joseph Prince titled, Protection From Danger, Accidents And Diseases, on iTBN. As I listened to the message, the verses from Psalm 91:11–12 jumped out at me: “For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.”

For some time now, I was in credit card debt and had no savings. I never seemed to get ahead because there was always something that needed fixing in my house or car.

I am living in New York City, the epicenter of the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States.

Every time I visited Singapore before the pandemic, I would always make it a point to visit New Creation Church. I’m so thankful that I can now watch the services online every week.

I came to New Creation Church 16 years ago. Its messages, especially those that taught me about God’s love for me, really helped me. I began to see God’s blessings in my life. However, while my career was on an upward trajectory, nothing seemed to be happening on the life partner front. Back then, whenever Pastor Prince asked us to bring our prayer requests to the Lord, “life partner” would always be among my top three requests!

After receiving an email titled, “Make praying Psalm 91 your priority,” I joined in on the Pray Psalm 91 movement. I prayed Psalm 91 over my family, my country, and myself for 30 days.

Our 18-year-old daughter had been estranged from us for about 7 years. It was so painful, and at many times, it was hard to choose to keep going. We rested in the Lord’s promises of restoration we heard from listening to Pastor Prince’s messages for over 5 years.

I received Christ at the age of thirteen and attended church regularly for about a year till the weekly pressure from church leaders to bring and convert newcomers got to me. It made me constantly feel like I was not good enough.

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank New Creation Church and Pastor Prince for the life-changing message of grace being broadcast weekly from Singapore. I started tuning in to your services on a regular basis in mid-2020.

I am in Houston, Texas, writing this praise report as I prepare to return to Lakewood Church to hear you speak in person for the second time. I thank Jesus for bringing you to the United States.
