Freed from Panic Attacks and Crippling Fear
At the lowest point of my life—struggling to get into university, depressed and beating myself up—I cried out to God.
During this time, I came across Joseph Prince’s sermons. I was suffering from many panic attacks and fears. But whenever fear gripped my heart and paralyzed me, I would immediately play Joseph Prince’s sermons. When I did, peace would fill the room, and I was able to sleep. It got to a point when I would wake up very early every Sunday to watch his sermons on television. I don’t know when but as I kept listening and listening, I was freed of the panic attacks and crippling fear.
I was also delivered from bone-crushing guilt and condemnation because of bad and wrong thoughts I had toward God by confessing I am the righteousness of God in Christ. Again, I cannot recall the exact time I was delivered but it’s been 3 years since I’ve had a panic attack or tormenting thoughts. My academic performance has also improved, and I know it is all Jesus.
I’m now 21 years old, and I truly believe nothing in this life compares to seeing Jesus and constantly focusing on Him. This is the key to success. The Lord Jesus is my best friend and the love of my life. Whenever I fail, I know He will pick me up and uphold me with His love and might. Oh, what joy I have found in Jesus!
